Circulation Section Its collection consists of foreign book materials covering a wide array of subject field such as: social sciences, history, literature, technology, science, etc..
Reference and Multimedia Collections It maintains a collection of standard reference sources that are referred to for general information, like dictionaries, encyclopedias, geographical sources, biographical sources, handbooks, manuals, indexes, etc. The audio-visual materials further enriches its collections, i.e., sound or video recordings, CD-ROMs, transparencies, and kits. Moreover, the American Shelf collection is housed in this Section. The University Library is one of the recipients of various publications in print and non-print formats coming from the American Spaces Philippines Project of Thomas Jefferson Information Center (TJIC). These include access to eLibrary USA databases.

Periodicals Section The Periodicals Section is located in the fourth floor of the Library building. It houses both foreign and local journals, magazines and newspapers. The Section is responsible for producing indexes of selected articles contained in these materials.
Filipiniana Section It collects, maintains and services materials about the Philippines and the Filipinos whether published locally or abroad, works written by Filipinos and those published in the Philippines. The NCCA Corner of the National Commission for Culture and Arts further enriches the Filipiniana collection with publications related to the Commission. In addition, the Libary collects AUF publications, research outputs of students, and other related works.
